Abstract
The article reveals the content of the process of readiness of a university teacher to implement innovative teaching technologies in the educational process in the form of a developed model. In this regard, the purpose, objectives, methodological approaches and didactic principles of this process are shown. When revealing the content of motivational, cognitive, procedural-creative, evaluative-control components, their levels, criteria and indicators are proposed.
