THE LEGAL INWARDNESS OF COURT DECISIONS IN THE RUSSIAN CRIMINAL PROCESS
Abstract
Article examines the legal inwardness of the court decision. Key definitions, properties, and stages of judicial decision-making are given. Problems related to court decisions and their solutions are presented. For example, the problem of court functional capacity is considered and how this factor influence on the completeness of the case examination. This article also shows the significance of court decisions in modern society.
