Abstract
With the help of harmonic analysis of different-scale finite element models of cubic cells, a physical substantiation of the structural levels of deformation of solids is presented, which consists in the fact that with a decrease in the cells from the macroscopic to the mesostatic level of deformation, the number of resonance peaks of the deformation parameters in comparable scale frequency ranges decreases from seven or eight to two or three and further, during the transition to the microscale level, such a change is repeated again.
