Abstract
Evaluation of indicators of the quality of anesthesia: blood glucose and cortisol, central and peripheral thermometry during oncologic abdominal operations under conditions of combined epidural anesthesia with artificial lung ventilation. The patients were divided into 3 groups with different schemes of combined anaesthesia. From the data obtained it is concluded that epidural infusion of ropivacaine (bupivakaine) in comparison its bolus administration provides more stable indicators of biochemical markers within the stress normal range and lover decrease in body temperature of patients during surgery.
