FACTORS INFLUENCING THE APARTMENT PLANNING IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS AND THE MATHEMATICAL ASSESSMENT OF HOUSING PLANNING
Abstract
Over time, depending on socio-economic development, demand for apartments changes and develops. Factors affecting demand and their classification make up the first part of the article. The result of the classification of factors is shown in figure 1.
Development and optimization of the proposed standard apartment plans is always relevant. This process should be carried out taking into account the above factors. The priority is to increase living space by maximizing the usable area of the apartment.
In the above examples, the area conversion is shown in table 1. The second part of the article is the difference in reproduction rates compared to the previous plan, as well as the method of average mathematical evaluation, the success of the “economy” plan, depending on various factors.
