GAME TRAINING AS A FORM OF ORGANIZATION OF BOXING CLASSES FOR CHILDREN IN A SECONDARY SCHOOL
Abstract
The article examines game training as a form of organizing boxing lessons. Exercises performed in a playful way increase interest, form motivation to go in for sports and physical culture, stimulate the process of mastering the technique of individual elements of physical exercises, contribute to the desire to overcome difficulties in order to solve the tasks assigned to the students. Physical activity of children in the form of outdoor and sports games develops all muscle groups, lungs, cardiovascular system, camaraderie, leadership qualities, play thinking, increases the level of all-round physical fitness.
