IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEMATIC APPROACH PRINCIPLES TO MANAGING THE PUBLIC CIVIL SERVANTS IMAGE
Abstract
The article presents the components of the image management system for civil servants, as well as a model for analyzing the image of civil servants. The author suggests using a specific algorithm for managing the image of public civil servants, the procedures of which are developed within the framework of a systematic approach.
