Abstract

The article provides a comparative analysis of the main legal acts regulating labor protection in the period from the beginning to the end of the XIX century in various countries. The main attention is focused on the consideration of those legislative innovations that were adopted for the first time on the issues of labor protection of minors and women. The author analyzes the foreign legislation regulating labor protection in the specified chronological framework, comparing it with the domestic law on the subject under study.
