Abstract

The article deals with the main features of the cluster model, which are the ability of the group to increase its share in foreign markets, the presence of favorable conditions (raw materials, qualified personnel, infrastructure, training centers, scientific institutions, etc.) in the territory, the breadth of opportunities for effective participation of participants in group in exchange for active use of the group by the state.
