THE CURRENT STATE OF INFORMATION SECURITY IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND KAZAKHSTAN
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to study international experience in the field of information security. The article examines the fundamental legislative acts and policy documents of a number of countries in Europe, the CIS, and the United States that determine the vector of information security policy. The analysis of these documents is actively carried out and the general features of management decisions in the field of information security protection of state bodies are revealed. In this article, the following general scientific methods are used: analysis, synthesis and comparative method. The result of this article is the consideration of similar measures in the context of the international political and legal experience of countries in the field of information security of state bodies.
