LOCAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN NATURAL USE IN THE NORTH EASTERN SIBERIA
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to identify the features of local entrepreneurship in the field of nature management in the northern regions of Eastern Siberia, where the creation of mineral resource centers is proposed by federal strategies. The structural-functional approach was used, which made it possible to identify the main uses of biological resources, available to the local population, forms of organization of production, the level of entrepreneurial activity. The degree of adaptability of production units and their multifunctionality are presented. The largest number of enterprises operate in the field of logging, but this activity is oriented to the external markets, while agriculture, hunting and fishing mainly meet local demand. In addition to the traditional collective forms of production organization, market forms have been widely developed.
