Abstract
The article examines the essence and structure of innovative potential, which determines the nature of the relevant activities of enterprises, gives a characteristic of its theoretical aspects, techniques and methods of formation, determines indicators that assess the development of innovative potential, as well as conditions for increasing the efficiency of its use in the strategic development of an enterprise.References
