HOTEL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN KAZAKHSTAN
Abstract
The influence of the external environment in Kazakhstan on the development of the hotel business is determined. With the help of REST-analysis, it is determined which factors positively and negatively affect the hotel business. The results of the study showed that the high cost of land and the imbalance in the development of regions have a particularly negative effect on the formation of the hotel market. The positive factors in the development of the hotel business include the investment attractiveness of the country, hospitality and the development of an online reservation system.
