PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF EPIN-EXTRA AND ZIRCONE IN COMBINED USAGE WITH HERBICIDES
Abstract
The protective effect of plant growth regulators epin-extra and zircon under the joint action with herbicides stomp and dianat on the initial stages of onion and barley ontogenesis, as well as on the root meristem of barley (cytogenetic analysis) was studied. The persistent phytotoxicity of herbicides in terms of stem and root length was shown. Cytogenetic studies have shown a strong cytotoxic and mutagenic effect of dianat. Plant growth regulators epin-extra and zircon, by regulating the hormonal status of plants, acting mainly at the cellular level, significantly reduce the negative effect of herbicides on the culture when used together with them.
