Abstract
The work analysis the features of the postoperative period after abdominal oncological operations during various variants of combined epidural anesthesia with mechanical ventilation. Indicate the benefits of combining ketamin and midazolam with a prolonged epidural infusion of bupivacaine or ropivakaine over general anesthesia with nitrous oxide and fentanyl. To improve the quality of antinociceptive protection and prolongation of the analgesic effect in postoperative period can using ropivacaine. Maintentance of a epidural bloc was carried out with a bolus of bupivakaine solution.
