Abstract

The paper examines the adequacy and safety of anesthesiological protection assess the parameters of general gemodinamics during abdominal onkological operations under conditions of various schemes of combined epidural anesthesia with mechanical ventilation. We determined parameters general gemodinamics (systolic, diastolic and mean blood pressure, heart rate and central venous pressure. Changes in the parameters of general hemodinamics were most pronounced in the group of patients where bolus administration of bupivacaine was used for epidural block.
