Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the study of the basic biological properties of Bordetella avium and the study of the proteomic profile of bacteria. This species grows on media for isolation of the whooping cough pathogen, such as Bordet- Gengou and Bordetelagare, and on medium for Enterobacteriaceae, MacConkey agar. B. avium bacteria exhibit biochemical properties characteristic of the genus. As a result of the study, the B. avium proteome was profiled, and its biological characteristics were given by electrophoretogram and in-silico analysis.
