АNNOTATION
The professional orientation of mathematical education as a conceptual basis for teaching mathematics to students of pedagogical specialties is a necessary and sufficient condition for the implementation of a competence approach. This requires consideration of the issues of modeling the PNOM of students in pedagogical specialties and the methodology for its implementation.
